The last module of our strategy focuses on the patients you lose every year. There can be a number of reasons why you lose patients, and this module will determine the primary reason for your practice. The attrition metric (the number of patients you lose) should not be over 20% if you want your practice to have a steady growth. The last module aims at lowering the attrition metric at or below 20% per year.

- Thirdly, we will correct this problem by using multiple media approaches, enhancing ownership and authority of specific staff members.
